Lost In Alphaville is the long awaited and highly anticipated follow-up to The Rentals' landmark albums Return of the Rentals and Seven More Minutes.
In addition to primary songwriter/lead vocalist/bassist/keyboardist Matt Sharp (ex-Weezer), Lost In Alphaville was recorded with an incredible new lineup that features:

- Ryen Slegr (Ozma) -- guitar
- Lauren Chipman (The Section Quartet) -- strings
