As its title attests to, My Summer-Long High Wipeout is the culmination of a challenging year for Joan of Arc frontman Tim Kinsella -- one that saw the prolific songwriter produce his most deeply personal work in the form of Boo Human. A companion piece to this full-length, this 7" features three new, exclusive Joan of Arc recordings.
"My Summer-Long High Wipeout" is a stripped-down gem in which Kinsella's affective vocals are paired with only an acoustic guitar.
"The Surrender" is an alternate version of the identically titled songs that appear on Boo Human.
"A Man Needs A Maid" is a Neil Young cover from his 1972 album Harvest.
