Second solo album, released as a CDR in 2003 on micro-imprint Ypsilanti Records. True to the prolific four-track nature of this era, Angels collects various songs, sound fragments and ruminations, all held together by a string of bizarre answering machine messages.

Some of the more beautiful and nostalgic tunes of Thomas' career are on this record, including kick-off track "The Sky Turned Into A Drum Machine..." and the gorgeous electric piano of "Get It Together".
