Chicago's best boys just came in swinging. Head over to Noisey to watch the new video for Post Animal's latest single, "Gelatin Mode" and prepare to get sludgy... and probably also crack up.

The band teamed up with Alec Basse to direct a wintery jaunt for their heaviest track to date, or as Noisey so eloquently puts it –"....a shitload of riffs and yelps and half-paced breakdowns, the sort of stuff that clearly grew out of basements and day-drinking sessions a half-century ago but still provides a shameless thrill now."

It's a tale that won't soon be forgotten. See for yourself and prepare your mind & bod for gelatin mode:

"Gelatin Mode" is taken from Post Animal's debut album When I Think of You in a Castle, out 4/20. Pre-order your Early Bird copy now – less than a dozen remain!!
