As 2015 comes to a close, Vol. 2 of our 4-Track Singles Series is nearly complete. One of the most interesting aspects of this series lies in the unknown. You never know what you're going to end up with (including us here at PV). We mail our favorite artists a Tascam 4-track machine, tell them to record whatever they want, then they send it off to the next artist.

When David Bazan got the 4-track, he decided to do something particularly awesome with it – record a cover of The Killers' "Read My Mind."

Usually, songs recorded for our 4-Track Singles Series are never shared publicly, Only those who subscribe to the series have access to the limited edition 7"s + digital files...but we thought we'd make an exception this time!
